Ashiatsu
Ashiatsu is a Japanese massage technique, providing deep, gliding strokes over the entire body using foot pressure. Your therapist will use floor or overhead bars to strategically balance and provide deep, all over relaxing strokes. With the combination of weight, gravity, centripetal and centrifugal movements, your therapist will be able to apply the deepest level of healing to even the tightest, most stressed muscles of your body. Any chronically tight muscle will feel like never before!

Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Massage
The temporomandibular joint acts like a sliding hinge, connecting your jawbone to your skull. TMJ massage on this area can help alleviate pain and tightness that occurs when the joint gets out of alignment due to dislocation of the cartilage disc, natural deformities, injury to the jaw bone, muscle strain of inflammation, infection or arthritis. It can help remedy teeth grinding too, allowing you a better night's sleep!

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.

Clothed Massage
You can receive a great masssage fully clothed. If you have never received a massage due to body image issues or modesty, or even if you HAVE had massage before and want to try this... consider experiencing a full or partial massage clothed in whatever feels comfortable to you. No matter what your comfort level or needs are, we will do our best to meet them!

Combination Massage

Your therapist will focus on target areas, using friction and deep muscle and tendon tissue work to alleviate stubborn pain.

Prenatal Massage

Couples Massage
Renew and reconnect with your significant other in this doubly relaxing experience. This quality time togetherness takes place in one room set up with two beds and two therapists so that massages can be provided simultaneously.

Diamond Microdermabrasion Treatment
This treatment lightly resurfaces the skin’s surface by using a diamond tipped wand that gently peels and exfoliates the top layer of the skin, while suction is used to rid the accumulated debris.
