Swedish Massage
Intensely healing, massage has been helping people for thousands of years. Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, prescribed massage regularly for his patients. A massage therapist's trained and caring touch can have profound effects on your physical, mental, and emotional states.

Hot Stone Massage
Hot stone massage is a variation on classic massage therapy. Heated smooth, flat stones are placed on key points on the body. The massage therapist may also hold the stones and use them to massage certain areas of the body.
Full Hot Stone: $110

Hot and Cold Stone Massage
Similar to hot stone massage, however the incorporation of iced stones will be used to flush toxins and reduce inflammation on client specified areas. Great for tennis elbow and sinus issues!

Clothed Massage
You can receive a great masssage fully clothed. If you have never received a massage due to body image issues or modesty, or even if you HAVE had massage before and want to try this... consider experiencing a full or partial massage clothed in whatever feels comfortable to you. No matter what your comfort level or needs are, we will do our best to meet them!
One hour: $70

Combination Massage
Combine massage with Reiki, Hot Stones, Reflexology or all of the above! This visit requires a prior phone or email consultation. Fees are dependant upon specific services requested.

Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral Therapy can benefit anyone seeking deep relaxation. While our bodies are designed to know how to maintain optimal health, modern life is designed to deplete our inner resources and may cause us to feel out of balance. Craniosacral Therapy uses light, non-invasive touch to assist the body in its natural ability to heal itself. The client is clothed and lies comfortably on a massage table.
One-hour: $70

Deep Tissue Massage
Your therapist will focus on target areas, using friction and deep muscle and tendon tissue work to alleviate stubborn pain.
One-hour: $80
One and one-half hour: $120

Positional Therapy
Positioning the muscles in such a way that relaxes and "resets" neuromuscular patterns which cause pain in everyday life. The therapist will use strain-counterstrain, stretching, and home care instruction to help you feel better longer!

Prenatal Massage
Relax that sore lower back or aching feet! Enjoy laying on your belly again in a specially designed 'prego-pillow'. Great for mom's and baby at all stages of pregnancy!

Reflexology
Ancient therapeutic method of relieving pain in the body by stimulating acupressure points on the hands and feet.

Reiki
Reiki energy works to help balance the natural energy within the body and increase the bodies own natural healing process.

Smoking Cessation
The use of hypnosis in smoking cessation requires a person to access his or her subconscious mind. By making lifestyle changes in the subconscious mind, you are able to stop smoking by changing the subtle thoughts that encourage the habit. You must truly desire to change your smoking behavior for the hypnotherapy to succeed! Only one session needed.
